Welcome to Vale Elementary, home of the Eagles.  It gives me great pride to be the principal and instructional leader of this talented group of students and staff since 2012.  Prior to moving in to the office, I taught first grade for 4 years and third grade for 3 years.  My educational background includes a degree in elementary education with an emphasis in Spanish and masters degree in educational leadership.  It is an honor to be part of the Vale Elementary family.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts from Easter Washington University in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. I also have a Masters Degree from Walden University and my Principal Credentials from Washington State University.

Mr. Rhett Morgan,
Vice Principal

I am the Vice-Principal at Vale Elementary and also the Federal Programs Director for the Cashmere School District.  I started my career in Quincy teaching 2nd grade for one year.  I was hired in Cashmere the following year and taught for 12 years at Vale.  I have been an administrator for the past 3 years.  

I grew up in East Wenatchee, graduated from Eastmont and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Washington University in Cheney.  I've been married for 21 years to my wife Katrina and have 6 children-Garhett, Mitch, Tori, Nate, Ellie, and Seth.

Mrs. Mary Ann Kunsman,
Head Counselor

I am originally from Quincy but after marrying and having children my husband and I decided to raise our sons in the great city of Cashmere. 

It is a true privilege to work at Vale Elementary School with our amazing students and staff. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with all our K-4 students in our school.

I encourage all parents to stop by my office and visit with me at anytime to discuss your child. I can assist with academic, career, and social/emotional concerns that you might have. My goal is to work with parents, teachers, and the community to ensure your child's success.
